Who is Happy Toyland Shop for?
We cater to toy lovers of all ages! From tiny explorers (0-2 years) to serious collectors (14+ years), our magical selection includes something for everyone who believes in the power of play. We especially delight Disney, Marvel, and Star Wars fans with our collectibles!
What types of toys do you sell?
Our enchanted warehouse is filled with action figures, playsets, dolls, plush toys, collectible surprises, vehicles (cars, trains & RC), games & puzzles, and beloved character toys from Disney, Marvel, and Pixar!

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
After 1-2 magical processing days in our Washington, DC workshop:
  • Standard Express: 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95)
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (for orders over $50)
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We deliver smiles globally, except to some Asian and remote areas where our delivery dragons can’t reach. If you’re unsure about your location, just ask our elves!
How are toys packaged?
With pixie dust and care! We ensure:
  • Collector items arrive in mint condition
  • Plush toys stay fluffy and clean
  • Playsets and action figures remain unbroken
  • Discreet packaging for surprise gifts

What payment methods do you accept?
We welcome all major spell… we mean payment options:

Can I change or cancel my order?
You have until our workshop elves begin processing (typically within 12 hours) to request changes. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
If the magic doesn’t quite work, you have 15 days after delivery to return items in their original condition. Please contact our customer care elves to initiate your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error, we’ll cover the costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (though we’ll help make it as painless as possible!).

Are your toys authentic licensed products?
Absolutely! All our Disney, Marvel, Pixar and other character toys are 100% authentic and licensed. We never deal in imitation magic!
How do I choose age-appropriate toys?
Our website is organized by age groups (0-2, 3-4, 5-7, 8-13, 14+ years) to help you find perfect matches. Each product also lists recommended ages in its description.
Do you sell collector-grade items?
Yes! Many of our action figures and collectible surprise toys are perfect for serious collectors. Look for “collector” in the product description or browse our 14+ years section.
