We ship worldwide (except some Asian and remote areas) to spread toy joy across the globe!

Order Processing:

Our workshop elves need 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your magical package before it ships.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over 50 – arrives within 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.

We want every toy to bring endless smiles! If something isn’t quite right with your magical purchase, our elves are here to make it better.

Who Can Return Items?

We happily accept returns and exchanges from all our wonderful customers worldwide (except some Asian and remote areas) within 15 days of receiving your package.

Items That Can’t Be Returned:

To keep the magic alive for all children, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Collectible Surprise Toys (once opened, the surprise is revealed!)
  • Personalized or custom-made items (made especially for your little one)
  • Opened plush toys (unless defective)
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange
  3. Wait for return instructions – we’ll email you within 2 business days
  4. Package your return carefully – include all original packaging and tags

💰 Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or our mistake)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – our elves want to ensure your return finds its way back to our workshop safely!

Important Notes:

  • All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact
  • Toys should be as magical as when they left our workshop!
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened plush toys unless defective
